18. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS AND INDEMNITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WNS shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of business or profits
- Data transmission failures
- Third-party payment processor errors
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
18.2 Indemnification by Users
Where permitted by law, users agree to indemnify WNS against claims arising from:

18.3 Balanced Duty-of-Care Commitment

Nothing herein shall be construed as creating collective or class-wide liability beyond individual contractual limits, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
